We were hired to wrap the galley, saloon, and ladder areas (main deck) in a 2002 70 ft Vitech yacht in early 2022. We worked on the yacht while it was stored for the winter in Tacoma, WA. This project used Belbien TX 080 “WARM WHITE WOODY” architectural film.

Here’s a gallery of the major areas to be wrapped before any prep or wrapping was done.

It can’t really be seen in the photos or videos without getting VERY close up, but this boat’s surfaces had a lot of nicks and scratches that required smoothing with Bondo Spot Putty prior to wrapping. If this step was skipped, almost every imperfection would show through the final product.
