Interior Yacht Wrap in Gulf Shores, AL

RMwraps was hired to wrap the galley, saloon, master cabin, ladders and passage ways in this 60-foot powered catamaran yacht in the spring of 2022. This project used a combination of Di-Noc Metallic Wood MW-1832 and Reatec RW-4042. Overall, installation took about 110 hours over 11 days. About 2.5 rolls of material was used in total.

Here you can see a walkthrough filmed by the client showing all of the areas that would eventually get wrapped in architectural vinyl.

And here you can see what most of the yacht looked like after the architectural film had been installed.

Here’s some Before and After photos of some of the individual subjects that got wrapped during this project.

A particularly tricky section of this project was the refrigerator and freezer doors in the galley. The handles were permanently attached and unremovable, so pieces of vinyl were applied on either side of the handles and finished flush with a butt seam to make the pattern appear as continuous and seamless as possible. The handles were wrapped in the same architectural film as well, which was a slow and meticulous process to make sure the vinyl won’t lift over time with use.
